Acupressure Points


Suggestion: Draw a warm salt bath, or create a warm foot bath, and apply pressure to point LI-11 to move and process stagnant grief.


Allow yourself the space to feel your emotions. Allow yourself to emote fully. Then use the next acupressure point to connect with your heart space and integrate the pain of loss into the neutralizing energy of your heart.




Apply pressure to HT-3 (see image below) to connect with feelings of joy and letting go. This is a good point to use if you are feeling overstimulated and need to ground and down-regulate your nervous system.
